FAQs

Have questions?

Here are some of the things people often ask when getting started with our services.

You can refer yourself, or be referred by a health professional, carer or family member. We’re happy to explain the process – just get in touch.

Our services are for adults aged 25 and over, primarily from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, who are experiencing mental health challenges and live in Waltham Forest or surrounding areas.

We offer one-to-one emotional support, personalised care plans, help with daily living, advocacy, and a range of group activities to support mental wellbeing.

Some people access our services through personal budgets or social care funding. We can guide you through the options and help you find the right support.

We run regular activities like arts and crafts, gentle exercise, computer classes, discussion groups, and social clubs. These help reduce isolation and build confidence.

We’re open Monday to Thursday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, and Fridays from 9:30am to 2:00pm.
