Make a Difference

As a registered charity, we rely on the generosity of our community and partners. Every donation helps us continue to provide hot meals, daily activities, health promotion and a safe, welcoming space for those who need it most.

What We Offer

At our centre, you’ll find a mix of one-to-one support, group activities and outreach services. From arts and crafts to health workshops and advocacy, our programmes are designed to meet the needs of adults aged 25 and over who are living with mental health challenges.
