Support for your mental health and daily wellbeing

Personal Support and Care for adults who are living with mental health

We support adults in Waltham Forest and nearby areas who are living with mental health challenges.

Whether you need someone to talk to, structured support, or help managing daily life, we’re here to help.

Our team works with you to create a care plan that reflects your needs and goals. We offer one-to-one support, guidance with independent living, and help with work or personal development. We also advocate on your behalf when working with health professionals.

For over 30 years, BPMHA has been providing trusted mental health day services in Waltham Forest. We support adults from Black and Minority Ethnic communities with a combination of one-to-one care, group activities, outreach and health promotion. Our goal is to empower people to live more confident, independent and connected lives.
